Shipping costs are €9.99. If your order exceeds €100, you will not pay any shipping costs. Are you a sales point or breeder? Then you will not pay any shipping costs for an order of 50 kilos or more. That is a nice bonus!

That's annoying to hear. Please contact our customer service. We really want your four-legged friend to be happy with our kvv dog food. In consultation with our customer service, you can exchange your products or get your money back. The latter is only possible if the box is not yet empty.

We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. This is how we keep you informed:

Two days before delivery, you will receive an email with the time slot in which our driver will arrive. This is always a time slot of only two hours.

Fifteen minutes before delivery, our driver will send a message to your mobile number, stating that he is almost there.

If your order is delivered by DHL, your product can also be followed live with a track & trace code. This way you know exactly where and when we are. Handy!

On your invoice you will see on which date our delivery person will be at your door. A few days before delivery you will also receive an email from us in which time slot he will come. And on the day itself he will even send you a message if he will be there in 15 minutes.

You can easily pay in our shop with iDeal, PayPal and (after an order) on account. Plenty of possibilities. Do you want to order on account? Then you first need approval. Please contact us for this. It may therefore take a little more time. Of course we will try to process your request as quickly as possible.

No problem. This can be done up to two days before delivery time. The delivery time is stated on your invoice. Please contact us for this. Please note that we can charge administration costs for this and we always want to see an order placed via our webshop so that the delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
